Pricing notes. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST. GST is invoiced monthly along with the advisory fee. A formal engagement agreement is signed before work begins, with a 30-day notice period from either side for early termination. Hours are typically utilised within the same month; unused hours do not roll over. Custom engagements outside these two tiers are available on request.

Scope & Contract

If the fit is right on both sides, we agree the outcomes, the cadence, and the signals we will track monthly to know it is working. A short engagement agreement is signed. No long master services agreement. 30-day notice from either side.

Inside the Rhythm

I am inside your weekly rhythm within seven days. The first monthly invoice is raised at month-end. Monthly review with operations leadership. Quarterly review with operations and finance. Capability transfer documented throughout — so your team owns the work, not me.
