This is not a sales demo — there is no software to show. It is a structured 30-minute working conversation. You bring the operational context — the size of the operation, the channels you support, the WFM signals that are not behaving — and I will respond with what I see, what I would investigate first, and whether an advisory engagement makes sense for you.

No deck. No follow-up from a junior. If we agree on a next step at the end of the call, we move to scoping. If not, you leave the call with a practitioner's view on your situation — which is often useful in itself.
