Having served as Executive Vice President at Aditya Birla Capital and in senior roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Emirates NBD, HSBC, and Citigroup, he brings unparalleled institutional depth to ABL Digital Technologies as its Managing Director & CEO.

Ramesh built his financial services career across some of the world's most respected banking institutions. He held senior positions at Citigroup as Vice President and at HSBC as Assistant Vice President, developing deep expertise in financial operations, client relationship management, and risk strategy — including as Central Collection Processes & Risk Strategies Unit — Cards Head.
At Emirates NBD, he served as Customer Services & Tele-Sales Head, driving client engagement and service quality across one of the UAE's flagship banking groups. He subsequently joined Standard Chartered Bank in progressively senior roles — including as Executive Vice President & Services Professional for Voice & Virtual channels across South Asia, ASEAN, Middle East & North Africa, and as Group Head of Performance Management, Contact Centres — earning a pan-regional reputation for service excellence and operational transformation.
Most recently, Ramesh served as Executive Vice President, Customer Relationship at Aditya Birla Capital — one of India's most diversified financial services conglomerates — before joining ABL Digital Technologies as Managing Director & CEO to drive its next phase of enterprise growth, strategy, and market expansion.
Biju K is a globally recognised Workforce Management and Operations leader with over 25 years of experience spanning banking, BPO, financial technology, and enterprise operations. As the former Global Head of WFM, Voice & Virtual and Head of BI & Business Operations at Standard Chartered Bank — overseeing Client Care Centres across India, UAE, West Africa, Malaysia, and Singapore — he brings unmatched domain depth to ABL Digital Technologies. As Founder, MD & COO, he drives operational excellence and delivery, channelling that expertise into building AI-enabled WFM and financial intelligence solutions for the BFSI sector.

Biju began his BPO and financial services leadership career at Mphasis in 2009, where he served as Head of Business Operations — driving workforce management, resource optimisation, and SLA delivery across large-scale BPO operations. This role established the operational rigour and people-management discipline that would define the next chapter of his career.
In 2010, he joined Standard Chartered Bank as Global Head — WFM, Voice & Virtual, and Head of BI & Business Operations, Client Care Center — a position he held for over a decade. In this role, Biju carried full accountability for Workforce Management across the bank's Voice and Virtual service channels globally, overseeing Client Care Centres across India, UAE, West Africa, Malaysia, and Singapore. He was responsible for financial planning and budgeting, cost management, business intelligence, scorecards, and productivity across the India and Malaysia Hubs — while simultaneously driving resource optimisation and SLA playback across all BPO verticals.
